BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent that sections	3
of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, or repealed to reform the	4
system of funding elementary and secondary education.	5
