| To enact section 5533.97 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate a portion of State Route 18 located | 2 |
| within Medina County only as the "Sgt. Michael W. | 3 |
| Finke, Jr., Memorial Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.97 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.97. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number eighteen, commencing at the intersection of that state | 8 |
| route and interstate route number seventy-one and extending in an | 9 |
| easterly direction to the intersection of that state route and | 10 |
| interstate route number seventy-seven within Medina county only, | 11 |
| shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael W. Finke, Jr., Memorial | 12 |
| Highway." | 13 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
