To enact section 4125.031 of the Revised Code to

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 4125.031 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 4125.031. A professional employer organization may file	7
federal taxes in any manner permitted by federal law.	8
