A BILL

To enact section 5533.97 of the Revised Code to

designate the portion of United States Route 322

within the municipal corporation of Orwell located

in Ashtabula County, as the "Sgt. Kurt D.

Schamberg Orwell Veterans Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.97 of the Revised Code be	6
enacted to read as follows:	7

Sec. 5533.97. That portion of the road known as United States	8
route number three hundred twenty-two, located within the	9
municipal corporation of Orwell in Ashtabula county only, shall be	10
known as the "Sgt. Kurt D. Schamberg Orwell Veterans Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
