BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.671 of the Revised Code be | 6 |
enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
Sec. 5533.671. (A) Both of the following portions of the | 8 |
road known as United States route number four hundred twenty-two | 9 |
shall be known as the "Arnold R. Pinkney Memorial Way": | 10 |
(1) That portion located within the municipal corporation of | 11 |
Cleveland only, commencing at the intersection of that route and | 12 |
woodland avenue and east fifty-fifth street and proceeding in an | 13 |
easterly direction to the boundary of Cleveland and the municipal | 14 |
corporation of Shaker Heights; | 15 |
(2) That portion located within the municipal corporation of | 16 |
Youngstown only, commencing at the intersection of that route and | 17 |
north lane avenue and proceeding in an easterly direction to the | 18 |
intersection of that route and state route number six hundred | 19 |
sixteen. | 20 |
(B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 21 |
along each portion of the highway indicating its name. | 22 |
