Relating to real property.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. { +  The State of Oregon does not have an ownership
interest in real property that a public body, as defined in ORS
174.109, created by means of artificial fill or artificial
deposit on formerly submerged or submersible lands and completed
50 years or more before the effective date of this 2013 Act. + }
