Amend Section 44-53-160, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Processes For Changing Controlled Substance Schedules, So As To Require The State Board Of Pharmacy To Perform Functions To Quickly Identify New Synthetic Chemical Formulas For Scheduling And To Authorize The Board To Issue Emergency Rules To Schedule Synthetic Chemical Formulas As A Controlled Substance.
