Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-1-462 So As To Excuse Absences For Public School Students When Participating In Certain Work-based Learning Experiences Including Organized Competitions Or Exhibitions Of Ffa Organizations Or 4-h Programs, And To Provide Students And Their Parents Are Responsible For Obtaining And Completing Assignments Missed During Such Excused Absences.
