Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 16-23-540 So As To Create The Offense Of Negligent Carrying Of A Firearm In A Motor Vehicle When A Motor Vehicle Is Unattended And Unlocked And Contains A Firearm Subsequently Stolen And Used In The Commission Of A Crime, And To Provide Graduated Penalties.
