A BILL

TO AMEND ACT 470 OF 2000, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ELECTION DISTRICTS OF MEMBERS OF ROCK HILL SCHOOL DISTRICT 3 IN YORK COUNTY, SO AS TO ESTABLISH AND REAPPORTION THESE ELECTION DISTRICTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 2 of Act 470 of 2000, as last amended by Act 213 of 2005, is further amended to read:

"Section    2.    "

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
