A JOINT RESOLUTION

 

TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation - South Carolina Environmental Certification Board, RELATING TO Environmental Certification Board, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 5245, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

 

SECTION 1.  The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation - South Carolina Environmental Certification Board, relating to Environmental Certification Board, designated as Regulation Document Number 5245, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the S.C. Code, are approved.

 

SECTION 2.  This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

The South Carolina Environmental Certification Board proposes to amend its regulations in conformance with its practice act following its regulatory review prescribed by S.C. Code Section 1-23-120.
