A SENATE RESOLUTION
TO RECOGNIZE ANNE WALLICE ON HER OUTSTANDING WORK AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE AND TO WISH HER WELL IN ALL HER FUTURE ENDEAVORS.
Whereas, Anne Wallice attended the College of Charleston where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science and a second major in Spanish. She worked in Washington, DC and studied abroad in Alicante, Spain; and
Whereas, Anne has been an employee of the South Carolina Senate for two years where she served as Research Director for the Senate Corrections and Penology Committee. She has worked tirelessly on law enforcement issues and has been actively involved in current events at the Department of Social Services; and
Whereas, Anne will be attending William and Mary Law School in the fall of 2014; and
Whereas, Anne is a great example to young people who wish to make an impact in their field of work and the members of the Senate take joy in commending her and wish her well as she enters law school in the fall. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the Senate, by this resolution, recognize Anne Wallice on her outstanding work as an employee of the South Carolina Senate and wish her well in all her future endeavors.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Anne Wallice.
