Summary

As introduced, subject to appropriation, establishes the base amount of $500 as cash assistance to be awarded to recipients who qualify for childcare assistance from programs administered by the department; prohibits spending restrictions on the increase in cash assistance, over the base amount as of June 30, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.
