Summary

As enacted, exempts from the sales tax imposed on the lease or rental of tangible personal property the transaction of "providing a dumpster along with the delivery and pickup of the dumpster"; in order for exemption to apply, requires that the provider of the dumpster be exclusively responsible for delivery and pickup of the dumpster. - Amends TCA Title 67; Title 68 and Title 69.
