Summary

As enacted, makes it a Class A misdemeanor for any person to knowingly intercept any radio frequency transmission with the intent to use the intercepted transmission to commit, facilitate, or aid in the flight from a criminal offense. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 6.
