Summary
As introduced, requires that a petition by a teacher to the commissioner of education for waiver of any requirement for renewal of the teacher's license on the basis of the teacher's performance effectiveness level on each of the last three evaluations be made in writing. - Amends Chapter 1 of the Public Acts of 2021 (1st Ex. Sess.); Chapter 2 of the Public Acts of 2021 (1st Ex. Sess.); Chapter 3 of the Public Acts of 2021 (1st Ex. Sess.) and TCA Title 49.
