Summary
As introduced, authorizes a public charter school to give an enrollment preference to "at-risk" students when an enrollment lottery is conducted; establishes the order in which an enrollment preference for "at-risk" students, if offered by the public charter school, must be provided for purposes of an enrollment lottery. - Amends TCA Section 49-13-113.
