Summary
As introduced, requires any increase in tuition at public institution of higher education to result in an equal decrease in the institution's annual appropriation and requires office of legislative budget analysis and comptroller to provide comments to the finance, ways and means and education committees on such decreases. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 9.
