Bill Title: As introduced, requires LEAs to annually survey students, within one month of the start of each school year, starting in the 2018-2019 school year, as to the availability of internet access in their homes and annually report the results to the department of education by November 1; the department will annually report the results to the governor, the education instruction and programs committee of the house of representatives, and the education committee of the senate by December 15. - Amends TCA Title 49.
