Bill Title: As introduced, changes from 30 to 35 the number of calendar days a new provider applicant has to complete an application before it is deemed incomplete; changes from 30 to 35 the number of days a new provider applicant has to submit a complete network participation enrollment form before the applicant is ineligible to receive payment. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7, Part 10.
