Bill Title: As introduced, allows state building commission, attorney general and commissioner of correction to proceed on proposal or contract for correctional services if select oversight committee on correction, fiscal review committee and state and local government committees have not reported any comments in 30 days after receiving the proposal or contract. - Amends TCA Title 41, Chapter 24.
