Bill Title: As introduced, permits a person to rescind a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity at any time based on mistake of fact or duress; permits a person to bring an action rebutting a presumption of parentage that was based on marriage to the mother at the time of conception. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7, Part 1 and Title 36, Chapter 2, Part 3.
