Amend SB 876 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 24, strike "personal and" and substitute "a [personal]".

(2)  On page 2, line 1:

(A)  Strike "noncommercial".

(B)  Between "use" and the period insert "described by Subsection (a)".
