| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 521, Transportation Code, | ||
| is amended by adding Section 521.0062 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 521.0062. INFORMATION ON BONE MARROW DONATION. The | ||
| department may make available, in a publicly accessible area of a | ||
| driver's license office, informational materials and videos on bone | ||
| marrow donation that are developed by an appropriate entity, as | ||
| determined by the department. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. | ||
