R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senior Officer Joshua Clark was named the 2014 |
|
|
Officer of the Year by the Corpus Christi Police Department in |
|
|
recognition of his outstanding service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During the course of his tenure with the department, |
|
|
Senior Officer Clark has distinguished himself as a member of the |
|
|
uniform division, where he helps fight crime in the city's Bravo |
|
|
District; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This dedicated public servant has earned the respect |
|
|
and admiration of his fellow officers by demonstrating integrity, a |
|
|
strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork in each of his |
|
|
duties; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Senior Officer Clark has proven himself to be an |
|
|
exemplary member of his profession, and he may indeed reflect with |
|
|
pride on the vital part he plays in ensuring the safety and welfare |
|
|
of the citizens of Corpus Christi; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Senior Officer Joshua Clark on |
|
|
being named the Corpus Christi Police Department's 2014 Officer of |
|
|
the Year and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success |
|
|
with his important work; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Senior Officer Clark as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
