R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jeremiah Settler, a seventh grade student at |
|
|
Corrigan-Camden Junior High School, excelled at the University |
|
|
Interscholastic League academic meet during the 2014-2015 school |
|
|
year; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Participating in the impromptu speaking |
|
|
competition, Jeremiah earned second place honors, and his |
|
|
accomplishment is a source of great pride to his family and to his |
|
|
fellow students at his school; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This notable young Texan has pursued his goals with |
|
|
skill and dedication, and he may indeed look forward to a future |
|
|
bright with promise; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jeremiah Settler on his success in |
|
|
UIL academic competition and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued achievement; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Settler as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
