| WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has served with distinction as a | ||
| legislative intern in the Office of State Representative Terry | ||
| Meza, contributing his time, talents, and expertise to serve House | ||
| District 105; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has provided exceptional assistance | ||
| to the legislative office, contributing policy research, | ||
| communication assistance, constituent services, and general office | ||
| assistance, and maintained perfect attendance; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has demonstrated outstanding | ||
| leadership and professionalism throughout his internship, | ||
| utilizing his excellent communication and interpersonal skills to | ||
| build positive relationships with colleagues, constituents, and | ||
| community partners; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has shown a high level of academic | ||
| achievement, currently pursuing a B.A. in Government at The | ||
| University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has exemplified the values of public | ||
| service, commitment, and excellence, serving as a role model for | ||
| his peers and inspiring others to pursue their goals and | ||
| aspirations; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature commend Matthew McCoy for his outstanding | ||
| contributions to the Office of State Representative Terry Meza, his | ||
| commitment to excellence, and his professionalism; and, be it | ||
| further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Matthew McCoy as an expression of high regard by | ||
| the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
