R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Paige Alan Sullivan is celebrating an important |
|
|
milestone in her life with her graduation from Kingwood High School |
|
|
in May 2011; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Kim and Michael Sullivan, this |
|
|
accomplished young Texan has participated in a number of activities |
|
|
during her years in high school; an officer with the National Honor |
|
|
Society and a member of the superintendent's student advisory |
|
|
council, she has also been active with Good Shepherd Episcopal |
|
|
Church, Ecclesia Church, and the Strawbridge United Methodist |
|
|
Church Youth Group; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Sullivan is admired by her peers, and she was |
|
|
recently voted Most Friendly Senior; the recipient of a Provost's |
|
|
Gold Scholarship, she plans to study social work and pre-law at |
|
|
Baylor University; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await Ms. |
|
|
Sullivan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and friends in |
|
|
recognizing her as she embarks on a future bright with promise; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Paige Alan |
|
|
Sullivan on the occasion of her high school graduation and extend to |
|
|
her sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and, |
|
|
be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Sullivan as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
