A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to printing requirements for state agencies.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 2051, Government Code, is
  amended by adding Section 2051.023 to read as follows:
         Sec. 2051.023.  REQUIRED FONT.  (a)  A state agency shall
  print all documents, reports, and publications, to the extent
  practicable, in an ink-conserving font, such as Garamond font.
         (b)  In this section, "state agency" has the meaning assigned
  by Section 2051.022.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
