| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 2051, Government Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Section 2051.023 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 2051.023. REQUIRED FONT. (a) A state agency shall | ||
| print all documents, reports, and publications, to the extent | ||
| practicable, in an ink-conserving font, such as Garamond font. | ||
| (b) In this section, "state agency" has the meaning assigned | ||
| by Section 2051.022. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
