BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 264.760, Family Code, is amended to read | ||
as follows: | ||
Sec. 264.760. ELIGIBILITY FOR FOSTER CARE PAYMENTS AND | ||
PERMANENCY CARE ASSISTANCE. Notwithstanding any other provision of | ||
