SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 83
	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
	recognize Coach Seth Nolan, who recently received the Texas
	Association of Private and Parochial Schools 1-1A District Coach
	of the Year award; and
	WHEREAS, Seth Nolan serves as the athletic director and
	head football coach at Wichita Christian School; under his
	leadership, members of the school's football team have developed
	exceptional skills and teamwork; these student athletes serve as
	role models on campus, and their hard work and perseverance in
	training are reflected in their outstanding performances on the
	playing field; and
	WHEREAS, The Texas Association of Private and Parochial
	Schools Coach of the Year awards honor coaches who serve as
	examples by promoting the association's mission to foster
	leadership, fellowship, sportsmanship, and wholesome
	competition among student athletes, and the recipients of these
	awards are decided through voting by the coaches within the
	district; and
	WHEREAS, Wichita Christian School and the City of Wichita
	Falls are proud of Coach Nolan for his commitment to upholding
	the highest standards of sportsmanship, and he can reflect with
	pride on his notable accomplishments; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
	Legislature, hereby commend Coach Seth Nolan for his superior
	leadership and expertise as athletic director and head coach of
	the football team at Wichita Christian School and extend to him
	congratulations on his selection as the Texas Association of
	Private and Parochial Schools 1-1A District Coach of the Year;
	and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
	him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
