Summary

Authorizes the establishment on federal land in the District of Columbia of the Every Word We Utter Monument in commemoration of the women's suffrage movement and the passage of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, which gave women the right to vote. No federal funds may be used to pay any expenses for the establishment of the commemorative work. The Every Word We Utter Monument organization shall be solely responsible for accepting contributions for, and paying for, the expenses of the establishment of such work.
