Authorizes the Coquille Indian Tribe, the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians, the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, the Klamath Tribes, and the Burns Paiute Tribe to obtain 99-year lease authority for trust land.
