Summary

Virginia Military Parents Equal Protection Act; stay of proceedings. Provides that any proceeding to modify the custodial or visitation rights of a parent or guardian who is a member of the military and who has been deployed in active military service shall be stayed in accordance with the provisions of the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
