Summary

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); nomination of candidates for elective office. Provides for the right of a political party to determine the method by which it nominates candidates for state, county, city, and district office, so long as the nomination method selected does not have the practical effect of preventing active duty military personnel from participating in the nomination process.
