Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall change both the access to jobs and the access to jobs for disadvantaged populations accessibility factors for commuting thresholds adopted in compliance with §33.2-214.1 of the Code of Virginia from 45 minutes for automobile trips and 60 minutes for transit trips to 60 miles for all trips.
