Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services shall amend the State Rental Assistance Program for the Settlement Agreement Population program guidelines to allow for up to 175 percent rental assistance for eligible individuals.
