CHAPTER 42 An Act to amend and reenact the fourth enactment of Chapter 355 and the fourth enactment of Chapter 356 of the Acts of Assembly of 2019, as amended by Chapter 797 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, relating to Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; Eviction Diversion Pilot Program; expiration. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the fourth enactment of Chapter 355 and the fourth enactment of Chapter 356 of the Acts of Assembly of 2019, as amended by Chapter 797 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, are amended and reenacted as follows:

4. That the provisions of the first enactment of this act shall expire on July 1, ~~2024~~ 2025.
