Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That in accordance with and as evidence of General Assembly approval pursuant to §10.1-109 of the Code of Virginia, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (Department) is hereby authorized to grant a temporary construction and ingress and egress easement (Easement) to the Newport Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. (Grantee), upon terms and conditions as the Department deems proper, with the approval of the Governor and in a form approved by the Attorney General any interest it may hold in a portion of real estate acquired by the Department and bearing the instrument number 200801160005235 (Easement Area), as recorded in the Office of the Prince William County Clerk of the Court.
