CHAPTER 194 An Act to amend and reenact §12.03 of Chapter 717 of the Acts of Assembly of 1980, which provided a charter for the City of Chesapeake, relating to the board of zoning appeals. [S 292] Approved March 8, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That §12.03 of Chapter 717 of the Acts of Assembly of 1980 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§12.03. Board of zoning appeals; composition; appointment of members.

There shall be a board of zoning appeals which shall consist of five seven members appointed for three-year terms by the judges of the circuit court.
