Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill on page 15, section 6, line 4, after the word "with" by striking out "§18-9A-10(a)(6)" and inserting in lieu thereof "§18-9A-25".

And

On page 16, section 6, line 14, after the word "to" by striking out "§18-9A-10(a)(6)" and inserting in lieu thereof "§18-9A-25".
