Delegates Hornbuckle and Boggs move to amend HB2013 HFIN AM 3-2 on page 10, Section 2, line 14 by striking out the word "and" and on line 27 of Section 2, on page 11, following the semi-colon, by inserting the following:

"and

(C) The household adjusted gross income for the household of the recipient does not exceed $75,000 for persons filing a single return or $150,000 for persons filing a joint return."
