The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 3, following the word "authorized", by inserting the following:

"with the following amendments:

Subsection 2.1, line 4, by striking the word ‘a'; and

Subsection 7.1, by striking the words ‘Bureau of Employment Programs' and inserting in lieu thereof ‘Workforce West Virginia'".
