The Committee on Substance Abuse moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 4, line 4, by adding: Provided, if the patient’s transportation is being provided under the West Virginia Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation benefit, the patient may not be transported to an out of the state location greater than 30 miles past the West Virginia border.
