Delegate Pushkin moves to amend "SB352 HFA Tully 3-8 #1" on page 5, Section 3, following the period on line 50, by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows:

"(i) The provisions of subsection (h) of this section are not applicable to abortions performed pursuant to subsections (b) amd (c) of this section."
