Summary

The purpose of this bill is to specify additional grounds for the debarment of a vendor to the state or its subdivisions, to clarify that vendors may be subject to debarment for the actions of individuals acting on behalf of the vendors, to broaden the scope of persons and business entities that may be subject to debarment, and to further define the duties of the Director of Purchasing.
