Summary
The purpose of this bill is to establish the American Campuses Act. The bill prohibits foreign missions of Foreign Countries of Risk to state higher education institutions; prohibits involvement with Foreign Government-Sponsored Talent Recruitment Program of a Foreign Country of Risk; and sets forth reporting requirements for state institutions of higher education.
