Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
House bill 4379, if enacted, would require all higher education institutions to use statewide contracts issued by the Purchasing Division when cost effective, to have a centralized location for contracts for goods and services frequently purchased.
Any costs associated with this legislation would not be sufficient to require additional state appropriations.
