A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to farmers markets.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellanous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Department of Agriculture.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §19-35-4 of this code, modified by the Department of Agriculture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2021, relating to the Department of Agriculture (Farmers Markets, 61 CSR 38), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Farmers Markets.
