A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to emergency medical services, so as to provide that hospital authorities may transfer its ambulance service license to its local governing body directly if the governing body is eligible for such a license; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
